Hi Sam. Yes, our Wellington surgery is fully operational. A root canal on a molar together with a crown will be less expensive than an implant with a crown. If the tooth can be saved and there is a long term prognosis, keep the tooth. If there is doubt, an implant may be a longer term solution. An x-ray should determine what's happening inside.
