My temps were a little larger than my perms.When I first indicated(thru a book at the dentist's office)what "style" of teeth I wanted-which they said was strictly personal,I told him I wanted my laterals and bi-laterals to be square.When my temps came back they were not square but a little rounded on the edges.I addressed this and he said he would talk to his lab & let them know, but I never saw another set of temps,only the permanent ones when they came in.Were they smaller because lab had to turn rounded into square?

1515 Several years ago I had my four lower front teeth pulled. They were replaced by a bridge with the eye teeth capped to secure the bridge. I'm wondering if the caps should fit all the way down to the gumline. There is a small gap at the gumline and I can see that my natural tooth is looking grayish. Also there is still a gap under my bridge. I'm wondering if this is normal or if I should have it re-done. 1459 Hi, just a couple of questions.I have a dead tooth from an accident when I was a child. It has a filling on the bottom and is slightly off-colour (it has been bleached several times). It is not noticable unless I point it out but I would like to get it fixed. I have been told a veneer would probably be the best option, although I am not too sure as if my tooth is too off colour it may show through the thin porcelian. Can veneers cover up teeth that are slightly off colour? ACC has put money towards the previous treatment of this tooth, would this still apply if I was to have work done in your clinic? They were fixed with a steel pin through my middle tooth and the missing and chipped bits rebuilt. This gives the appearance when i am talking that it may be missing altogether. Also the pieces that were added are whiter than my actual teeth. 1231 Hi there About 10 years ago i sustained a nasty blow to my front teeth. both had to have rooth canel and are filled. My front tooth is fractured in the rooth and is a little loose. Recently an abses has formed over the fracture site. I seen a dentist who would not prescribe antibiotics and just talked about an implant costing thousands. Im only 27 and dont fancy a denture. And i think a bridge wont work as the side tooth is weak also from previous work. I just had one of the crowns fall out because the tooth underneath broke off. I had a root canal done on this tooth two years ago. So I ssume that weakened the crown some. 1201 I have had a partial denture since I was 11. I am now 26 and want to be rid of it. I have had a root canal done on my eye tooth, which has since cracked right up to the gumline down one side, so I only have a half width tooth. It turns out original dentist didn't complete root canal treatment. I am wanting to get a bridge done, is it possible to do one over this broken tooth and what would be a rough estimate on cost? I was told I would need to complete the root canal on the eye tooth first and then they would reshape with filling material and use it for the bridge anchor. 1200 In December of 2006, I had two crowns placed on my two front teeth and 4 veneers (2 on each side of the front teeth) I got them done to correct for severe gaps and discolouration The final result was perfect However, in February of 2007 I noticed that the two crowns are moving outwards, creating a gap between my front two teeth. He said I needed a root canal and started to drill out the roots (After applying appropraite medication) he said that the root canals are too narrow for him to do a proper job and had referred me to an Endodontist (He put in a temporary filling first). The Endodontist has quoted $1720 for the job. I had a root canal last year and it cost me $600. Is the Endodontist's quote a normal amount to pay for a root canal? Should I shop around?

It looks good but the problem is that with the partial denture in place, my natural molars are not high enough to touch. This means I cannot use my molars for chewing as only my side teeth touch. Do others have this problem with a partial denture? is there a solution to this?
